Meet Fritz.  Fritz is a charismatic little wisecracker with a fabulous sense of humor.  Most chuckle just by the site of him!  He's gratified by saying funny things, only to see what kind of reaction that he can get from his hooter chums.  He doesn't laugh unless he thinks something is truly hyserical.  He's the class baffoon, but he's so very charming.  When he grows up, he just wants to make other hoots laugh!  EVERYBODY needs to have a Fritz in their social circle!  Fritz is a hoot.
