How do I keep my bows looking nice after washing?
All of our bows are sewn on, and the edges are heat sealed to prevent fraying. After washing, just give your bows a little tug to fluff them back into place.
What kind of bodysuits and shirts do you use?
Our bodysuits and shirts are a very high quality, thick 100% ringspun cotton. It took us long time to find the perfect tops, but we finally did! They are super white and bright and SO SO soft! We couldn't be happier with the quality!
How do I know what size to order?
Please check the sizing charts if you would like to double check sizing. Our sizing charts are provided by the manufacturers. Bella Claire Baby cannot be responsible for a possible misfit. All babies are made differently. Sometimes your baby will fit into one size category for weight and another for height, which can lead to a puzzling decision. I'm a mom who likes to buy big for my girls. However, not every mom buys like I do! Our bodysuits and shirts run big, so please order according to the sizing chart as best as you can!
Can I make a purchase and sent it as a gift?
Let us take care of your gift giving! We would be more than happy to send your purchase as a gift! Just let us know that this will be a gift, and we can enclose a card with your sentiment written on it. No receipts with dollar amounts will be included.
How do I take care of my clothing?
Since all items are hand embellished, it is VERY important to take special precautions with washing! For tough stains, spot treat the cotton with your favorite "stain spot treater". Turn inside out before washing. Wash in cold water only on the handwash or delicate cycle for a SHORT cycle!! Lay flat or hang to dry. Some ribbons are more sensitive if emersed in water for even a short period of time. Give your bows a little tug to fluff after washing! Visit our "Product Care" link for more detailed information.
How do I coordinate your outfit with one of Hannah's Tutus?
Lisa at Hannah's Tutus and I have been working together for years. We work together to create the perfect coordinating outfits for special occasions. Lisa and I email several times a day, and we are always happy to help you choose the perfect sets/tutus to match. Just contact either one of us to create the perfect outfit! Sometimes it's easier to either choose a tutu or one of our sets, and then it's just simple for us to help with the coordinating! If you have a party theme that you'd like to match, just let us know! Are your ribbons and bows attached?
Yes, all of our ribbons and bows are sewn on. We do not pin bows on at your request due to dangers that it may cause our babies!
How do I know when my order has shipped?
When your order ships, you will be notified by an automated email from paypal. Usually, your shipping label is printed by us the day before it actually ships. When we print that label, paypal sends you an email to let you know. Depending on your security settings on your email, these emails tend to get filtered by your spam folder. Be sure to keep an eye on your spam folder for the shipping notification. The notification will contain all of the USPS tracking information that you'll need to keep an eye on your package while it's in transit.
