Shipping Policies

Our store will be on vacation from July 6th to July 15th.  Feel free to place an order during this time, but your order will not be reviewed by me until I return from vacation on July 16th.  Many times, I have questions about orders that are placed when all information isn't completed with your order.  I will begin reviewing orders on July 16th, and send an email with any further information that I need to make your order.  Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received.  If an order is placed between July 6th and July 15th, it will take 14-18 business days before shipping, and those business days will start on July 16th.  If you are placing an order between now and July 15th, you will need to calculate my production time as 14-18 business days discluding the vacation days that I have posted.  For further information on how to estimate the day in which you will receive your order, please read below on how my production time normally works.  If you have a question about when you can receive your order, just email me at info@bellaclairebaby.com.  Emails will be answered until I leave for vacation on July 6th.

I am in the process of working on several ready-to-ship items.  If you need something in a hurry, I will have several bodysuits and bloomers suitable for first birthdays and other occasions.  Just contact me, and I can let you know what I have available.  Those items will be shipped out within 3 business days. 

All of our items at Bella Claire Baby are custom made.  We are absolutely blessed to have such a high volume of orders.  OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME IS ABOUT 14-18 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING. Shipping takes 2-3 days with priority mail. Business days are Monday through Friday, and holidays and announced vacation days are not included in that production time. If you need an order for a specific date, please calculate the estimated arrival time before ordering. We don't want to have any sad mamas because an order didn't arrive sooner than expected!!! Here's how it works....When I receive your order, payment in full, and ALL required monogramming instructions to make your custom order, I put the order in line. Your order does not get in line until I have all of the above information. Be sure to keep an eye on your email after an order is placed because I may need some details for your custom order.  Once your order is in line, it will be 14-18 business days until it is shipped. Then, it will take an additional 2-3 days for shipping.  Please do not place an order and leave a note for me to have it arrive before our estimated production time. We won't be able to accomodate that without discussing it first. We ship 2-3 day priority mail to anywhere in the United States, along with shipping confirmation.  Please make sure that your address is correct with Paypal.  This is the address that we are given for shipping.
