Shop Policies Payment I only accept paypal payments.  You can pay via paypal with or without a paypal account.  If you do not have a paypal account, you are given the option during checkout to pay with credit cards through paypal.  Please keep in mind that if you are paying via echeck with paypal, there is a 4-5 day hold before money gets deposited into my account.  Please understand that this will delay your order slightly.  I will start to custom make your items after the payment has been deposited into my account. Shipping I ship 2-3 day priority mail with the USPS within the United States.  Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fee.  I strongly suggest that additional shipping insurance be purchased by the buyer.  I have no way of being responsible for items after I hand them to the USPS.  Though problems like this rarely happen, it is always a possibility that packages can become missing by the USPS. Refunds and Exchanges & Purchasing Online Custom items for children are sometimes difficult to purchase online because of monogramming details and sizing.  I have provided estimated sizing charts to help guide you in sizing decisions.  Due to the nature of my business, I cannot accept returns or offer exchanges under any circumstances.  Since everything is custom monogrammed and personalized, I have no way of reusing it.   When placing your custom order please be very specific.  I will use the information that you give me, but if information is lacking, I will use the colors, fonts, ribbons, or any other details from the picture/item that you've ordered.   Please double check spelling and monogramming instructions that you've provided.  Feel free to send me an email at info@bellaclairebaby.com if you need to discuss your order before or the same day that the order is placed.   Otherwise, I will use the exact design from the item number that you've chosen.  Once I have started to customize your order, details cannot be changed.  Thank you so much for your understanding of my shop policies! Additional Policies and FAQs All of my bows are sewn on, and the edges are heat sealed to prevent fraying.  My bodysuits and shirts are a very high quality, thick cotton.  It took me a long time to find the perfect bodysuit, but I finally did!  They are super white and bright and SO SO soft!  I couldn't be happier with them!  Please check the sizing chart if you would like to double check sizing.  They run big! Care of your custom item Since all items are hand embellished, it is VERY important to take special precautions with washing!  For tough stains, spot treat the cotton with your favorite "stain spot treater".  Turn inside out before washing.  Wash in cold water only on the handwash or delicate cycle.  Lay flat or hang to dry.  Give your bows a little tug to fluff after washing!
