Part of our HOOTs Collection, our Rainbow HOOTs Birthday Hat bloomers have a bold color combination of red, orange, green, royal, yellow, and purple.  Rainbow's hat applique adorns the center of the seat, and the top is decorated with curly ribbon.  Each pair is custom created, and curly ribbon colors and placement will vary.  Our bloomer/diaper covers are double seat panties made with a soft elastic waist and have a bias cut seat.  They are made of 65% polyester & 35% cotton, and the legs are trimmed with white eyelet lace.
