Our Rainbow HOOTs Present Frills bloomers have a vibrant color combination of purple, yellow, green, turquoise, red, and tangerine shades.  Your choice of wording will be monogrammed across our present design.  The curly ribbon on top of our present will vary in color and placement on each pair!

Our bloomer/diaper covers are double seat panties made with a soft elastic waist and have a bias cut seat.  They are made of 65% polyester & 35% cotton, and the legs are trimmed with white eyelet lace.
