Production Time

~VACATION UPDATE POSTED 5-1-2012~

We will be on vacation from June 21- July 6.  During these 2 weeks, we will not be able to work on custom orders, and extra time (beyond our normal production time stated below) will need to be given for orders placed after May 28th.  We'll make every effort to ship as many orders out before we go, but orders placed after May 28 will most likely take 2 extra weeks.  Thank you for your patience while we spend some time with our family!

Most of our items at Bella Claire Baby, including all monogrammed items, are custom made to your specifications. We are absolutely blessed to have such a high volume of orders.

Please note that our production time has changed effective 11/28/2011.

Our production time is currently estimated at 4-5 weeks. Please consider our timing when you place your order, and it's recommended that custom orders for special events be placed well in advance. Also consider that this is an estimate and not a guarantee of a shipment date. If you need something in a rush, visit our etsy site for ready-to-ship selections at www.bellaclairebaby.etsy.com

 

Our production time is an estimate of the time that it normally takes to complete your order. However, we do not guarantee any time for arrival due to circumstances that could be out of our control, and we do not issue refunds for custom orders. Please do not place an order and leave a note for us to have it arrive before our estimated production time. We won't be able to accomodate that without discussing it first. Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure of how our production time works. We're happy to answer any questions that you may have, but once your custom order is placed, we can't issue a refund or exchange due to the nature of our business.
