Payment
We only accept payments through paypal. You can pay through paypal with or without a paypal account. If you do not have a paypal account, you are given the option during checkout to pay with major credit cards or debit cards through paypal. Please keep in mind that if you are paying with an echeck through paypal, there is a 4-5 day hold before money gets deposited into our account. Please understand that this will delay your order until it is deposited. Your order will get in line as soon as the payment has been deposited into our account.
Shipping
We only ship 2-3 day priority mail with the USPS within the United States. This is an estimated and not guaranteed delivery time provided by the USPS. Rarely, packages do take longer than 3 days for delivery. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fee. We strongly suggest that additional shipping insurance be purchased by the buyer. We have no way of being responsible for items after we hand them to the USPS. Though problems like this rarely happen, it is always a possibility that packages can become missing by the USPS. You will receive an automatic email from paypal when you're package is about to be shipped (usually the day before). This will contain all tracking information that you need to locate your package while in transit.

Purchasing Online
Custom items for children are sometimes difficult to purchase online because of monogramming details and sizing. We have provided estimated sizing charts to help guide you in sizing decisions. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges under any circumstances once your order has been submitted. Since everything is custom monogrammed and personalized, we have no way of reusing it. When placing your custom order please be very specific, and please review our production time prior to purchasing. We will use the information that you give us, but if information is lacking, we will use the colors, fonts, ribbons, or any other details from the picture/item that you've ordered, or we will use our own discretion to make your order. Please double check spelling and monogramming instructions that you've provided. Feel free to contact us if you need to discuss your order before or the same day that the order is placed. Once we have started to design and customize your order, details cannot be changed and refunds/exchanges cannot be given. Thank you so much for your understanding of our shop policies!
Fabric and Ribbon Choices
While every attempt is made to use the exact fabrics and ribbons as shown in our samples, the availability sometimes becomes an issue. Our ribbon dot patterns and fabrics for applique designs may vary depending on availability. We sometimes have to make similar substitutions with those choices.
Product Warning
Please note small embellishments, such as ribbon and anything else attached to our items, are not meant to be toys! Please supervise your small child to be assured that these do not get placed into their mouths! Bella Claire Baby can not be held responsible or liable for any damage caused from its products, including embellishments that may be pulled off and pose a choking hazard. By purchasing our products, you assume the risk and agree to these terms.
